Question:	What is a Combo?
Answer:	A combo is the hottest new trend in inflatable bouncers. Our combos have a large jumping area, obstacle course, basketball hoop and slanted climbing wall and a slide. The unit is enclosed and comes with a detachable mesh ceiling to block the hot sun. When it’s hot, our combo unit has a water hookup and becomes a water slide. This unit is great for a full day of play. The kids will NOT be bored with this one!
Question:	How much room do I need?
Answer:	Most bouncers are 15’ x 15’ and require a relatively flat area with a minimum of 17’ x 17’ to set up in. The area should be free of debris and animal droppings, free of low wires and trees. The combo units require a 20’x20’ space to set up. The water slides require an open area of about 15’ x 40’
Question:	How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
Answer:	We suggest 2-3 weeks before your scheduled party date. All units are booked on a first come first served basis.
Question:	Do I need electricity?
Answer:	We need electricity to power the blowers. We will have a 50 or 100 foot extension cord with us, so you’ll need an outlet near the area.
Question:	When do you setup and pickup?
Answer:	We setup the bouncer early in the morning of your event. We try to keep setup between 7AM – 9AM. We will return somewhere between 5 and 7PM to take down the bouncer. We will call you a few days prior to your event to confirm our times. For parks, we run a tighter schedule. Just let us know what time your event will take place and we will have it up and running within plenty of time for your party. We will also pickup the unit shortly after your event.
Question:	Can you setup in Parks?
Answer:	We routinely work with parks. Prior to booking with us, you must seek authorization with the Parks and Recreation Department. You may also ask them about how to obtain electricity and a water hookup (if using a water unit)
Question:	What is your method of payment?
Answer:	We will take cash or a check made out to Jumping Beans Inflatables.
